I believe all individuals have strengths and the capacity to meet their full potential. My main approach is to provide a safe and secure environment for clients to process feelings and learn to manage emotions and behaviors. I incorporate play, art, sandtray, and symbolism to aid in the therapeutic process. My therapy dog, Daisy, is present one day a week and is used for animal assisted therapy. I enjoy spending time with my family, reading, and baking.

I am a relational therapist with a love of all things authentic, messy, and human. My specialties include eating disorders, body image work, identity exploration, LGBTQIA+ issues, relational and attachment wounds, trauma, and neurodivergence. My goal in all my work is to be a companion, an outside perspective, and a soft landing through the natural pains and joys of life. When I'm not at work, you can find me writing stories, having thoughtful conversations with my cat, and being as much of a nerd as possible.

Hi, I’m Danica Williams a clinical social work associate offering individual therapy to children (ages 5+), teens, and adults. My approach is grounded in curiosity, collaboration, and the belief that healing happens in relationship. I draw from ACT, DBT, narrative, and somatic-based practices, and enjoy incorporating play and art into sessions—especially with younger clients. I have experience supporting folks navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, neurodivergence, and life transitions. I believe that therapy should not only support personal healing, but also make space to name and navigate the impact of systems of oppression on our lives and identities.
I’ve worked with elementary-aged children in school-based social-emotional support programs and supported clients across the lifespan in outpatient community mental health settings. I’m especially passionate about working with LGBTQIA2S+ and neurodivergent clients, and those seeking a more compassionate relationship with themselves. Outside of work, I love cooking, photography, hula hooping, spending time outdoors, and watching old shows curled up with my dog and cats.

I have four years of experience of supporting neurodiverse youth and individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, ages 12–21. I draw from emotional regulation (DBT), deep listening and empathy (person-centered therapy), helping you define what’s important (values exploration), and incorporating sensory-aware practices including play therapy. I honor your unique insight into your experiences and strive to create a space where you can show up as you are—at your pace, with your story and your voice.
In addition to working with youth and young adults, I have a special interest in supporting mothers and those navigating postpartum transitions. I offer Saturday appointments to provide flexibility for those with nontraditional schedules. Outside of work, I spend time with my three-year-old daughter, two cats, and friends—often by the water, at home, or exploring playgrounds.
